This international journal covers the application of control theory, operations research, computer science and engineering principles to the solution of process control problems. A reprint of a conference paper in a Special Issue is not acceptable.• The journal does not publish full conference proceedings. The Journal of Property Research publishes papers in any area of real estate investment and development. These may be theoretical, empirical, case studies or critical literature surveys. There are two major areas of focus: 1. Property investment and finance.
