Perspectives on Science publishes science studies that integrate historical, philosophical, and sociological perspectives. Its interdisciplinary approach is intended to foster a more comprehensive understanding of the sciences and the contexts in which they develop. Each issue is comprised of theoretical essays, case studies and review essays.

Perspectives on Sexual and Reproductive Health provides the latest peer-reviewed, policy-relevant research and analysis on sexual and reproductive health and rights in the United States and other developed countries. For more than four decades, Perspectives has offered unique insights into how reproductive health issues relate to one another; how they are affected by policies and programs; and their implications for individuals and societies. Published four times a year, Perspectives on Sexual and Reproductive Health includes original research, special reports and commentaries on the latest developments in the field of sexual and reproductive health, as well as staff-written summaries of recent findings in the field. Perspectives has a wide range of readers, including researchers, policymakers, program administrators and service providers in the United States and around the world.

Perspectives: Policy & Practice in Higher Education provides higher education managers and administrators with innovative material which analyses and informs their practice of management. The journal aims to: Disseminate ideas which enhance the practical aspects of higher education management and administration; Further managers' knowledge and understanding of developments within the current higher education environment; Foster debate about the implications of major external influences on the system and key issues for institutional management; Provide for the exchange and internationalization of ideas in relation to the management of higher education systems and institutions. Pervasive computing, often synonymously called ubiquitous computing, is an emerging field of research that brings in revolutionary paradigms for computing models in the 21st century. Tremendous developments in such technologies as wireless communications and networking, mobile computing and handheld devices, embedded systems, wearable computers, sensors, RFID tags, smart spaces, middleware, software agents, and the like, have led to the evolution of pervasive computing platforms as natural successor of mobile computing systems. The goal of pervasive computing is to create ambient intelligence where network devices embedded in the environment provide unobtrusive connectivity and services all the time, thus improving human experience and quality of life without explicit awareness of the underlying communications and computing technologies. In this environment, the world around us (e.g., key chains, coffee mugs, computers, appliances, cars, homes, offices, cities, and the human body) is interconnected as pervasive network of intelligent devices that cooperatively and autonomously collect, process and transport information, in order to adapt to the associated context and activity.The Pervasive and Mobile Computing Journal (PMC) is a professional, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality scientific articles (both theory and practice) covering all aspects of pervasive computing and communications.
